O predmetu

Planning and exploitation in a traditional, vertically integrated electric power system are in function of satisfying consumption. Electric power systems in the world have great expertise in this field. With the introduction of deregulation and the electricity market in everyday practice, there are heterogeneous entities that take over some of the previous functions of the power system. Thus, the TSO (Transmission System Operator)   manages the transmission network, the IPPs (Independent Power Producers) build, own and operate power plants. From a point of view of a traditional, vertically integrated system, these entities were subject to the central, optimal planning of a single power system. In a new, deregulated environment, these entities are, in planning, From the point of view of Asset Management, investment analysis, risk management. Basically, the new players (players) in the market, should understand and know (Transmission System Operator)  (Independent Power Producers), build, own and operate power plants. From the point of view (Asset Management), investment analysis, risk management. Basically, the new players (players) market the  traditional functions of the power system planning, so that they can properly fulfill their tasks.
